The following instruction will guarantee your banana bread will be a big hit from the first attempt!
Tip #1: Keep the temperature
In baking, the most essential step is setting a "suitable level of heat". (1)

The rule of thumb for the ideal oven temperature are:
Preheating your oven 180°C/ 350°F about 10 - 20 minutes before setting the items to be baked inside.
Do not open the oven during baking time.
Tip #2: "Do Not Over Stir"(2)
To avoid the flour pockets, many home cooks tempt to beat the batter into submission. But seriously, this is terrible for banana bread. Because the loaf will be rubbery and stuck to the side of the mouth as you eat.

The easiest strategies to determine when to stop are:
Stop stirring when no more streaks remain.
If you want to add chocolate chips, you should add them just before all streaks disappear. Because add-in means your batter needs a few more turns.
Tip #3: Test your banana bread
The baking time indicated in the recipe is a good starting point for determining how long your cake will take to bake, but it may not always be accurate for your cake. With this handy tip below, you can confidently take your ultimate bread out and turn off the oven!

After 40-50 minutes, use a "thin-bladed knife" (3) to test the bread. Push the blade into the center; draw it out.
This picture is an exam, It is obviously the knife is pretty clean, with only a few little crumb specks (which are most likely dry little crumbs from the top crust. That what I thought when I cannot wait for devour it )
You can stop here if you’re feeling confident, but if you’re still not 100% sure then baking a few more minutes and recheck it!
