Don't let the word "healthy" fool you! This banana bread is moist, full of banana flavor and nutrients!

I really recommend switching from white to whole grain flour. Because it preserves more vitamins, minerals, and fibers.

Medjool Dates are the best candidates for sweeteners. At 6 cm, it is bigger than other varieties and packs with, natural sugar, antioxidants, and fiber. You can come across a sweet, caramel-like cream in every bite.
